new norms in labor market now are demonstration and praticalization of skills
and expertise to the acceptable level of the employer or recruitment
agents. Human resources experts have
carried out research on how applicants with their impeccable qualifications

or make you lose the job. This informs
the reasons why you should not play with everything that can let you improve
your job interview performances.
In

men, conservative approach of wearing such as grey, navy or black suit is
recommended. The short should be a solid

*COMING TO INTERVIEW
PROPER AND HOW TO HANDLE SOME QUESTIONS
The
way some of the questions are answered will go a long way in influencing the
positive decision at the interview. If
you are asked to them about yourself!
You must be very fluent without showing any sign of rehearsing. However, if you are not asked this question,
focus on your skills and how they are going to be assets to the company.
Make
sure you give correct answers and be focus in your answers.
If
you are asked why you want to work with them, your reply to this type of
question should be based on your research findings about the company. You can mention the company’s flexibility and
welfare packages as motivating factors.
In
case you are asked whether you have applied to other companies, you have to be
honest in answering this question. Also
be brief so that you will not lose focus.
In
handling question like “who do you know in the company?”. Try and find out from their staff because some
companies policies don’t encouraged this.
It may block your chances.
Another
question requires watching out for is “What salary should expect to be
paid?” You have to be careful as is
capable of ruining your chances. Your
reply can be depending on the job details.
