Raining
season has come again and we are going to experience certain events that go
with it. Some are good others are bad
and worrisome. Good ones are bomber harvest of agricultural products that come
with it that are found necessary for healthy living other ones are frightening
which include erosion, flooding and lightning.
My concern in this write-up is about lightning and how it can affect us
if certain cautions are not made.
Though, one may say it is not directly within the jurisdiction of, but I
found it necessary because it can indirectly affect us when we go out to attend
interview or work.
The
under mentioned tips will be found useful to avoid falling victim of lightening
either we are going on interview job appointment or work:
·
Stay indoor away from windows or
standing before mirror or any other objects that can conduct lightening
·
Avoid staying under trees, tall
buildings and uncompleted buildings.
They are target of lightening.
·
This is not the best time for picnics.
If you are in open place, don’t hold or carry any iron or metal. They are
conduct of electricity. Always crouch
down as low as possible.
·
If you are going to work or job
interview in your car or public transport wind up or ask the driver to pack
especially if it is lightening and thundering seriously; found a safe place to
hide until it goes down. This is also
not the time you will ride a bicycle or motorcycle.
·
Avoid raining biting you because if you
are wet and still stay in water is a good conductor of electricity. Find a dry place to hide when the rain stops
you can continue your journey.
·
If you are at home not living for work
yet, do not do any washing such as plates, dishes and laundry.
·
Don’t use any electrical or electronics
appliances like phone or computer if you see any sign of thundering or lightening? They can conduct electricity.
My
dear friends remain safe. This is raining season because a person who is alive
is the one that will be thinking of going for interview or job. Remain bless and thank you.
