BEST WAY TO IMPROVE YOUR PERFORMANCE IN THAT JOB INTERVIEW


Invitation for job interview is a unique opportunity you get from employer to get the job.  It should be handled very carefully because many jobseekers who submitted their resumes never get the privilege of this type of invitation.  Therefore, it should be handled carefully to provide additional information that is not included in the resume.  It is also an avenue to re-affirm of the claims you said you were in the resume.  Because we have discovered shady and unprofessional ways this is being handled by some jobseekers and therefore led for their poor performance to get what they want in the job field.  This is what made us to write this article so that millions that are suffering of this problem will found their ways out.

 

Lateness or going too early for the interview

 

Though this looks simple but can mar that opportunity if not carefully addressed.  On the day of the job interview, leave home very early to avoid arriving late.  Similarly, don’t arrive too early as it can make you develop nervous when you face interview.   The ideal time is ten minutes to the programme so that you will have developed and programmed yourself in better way to deal with this type of situation and come out with better performance at the interview.

 

Study your Resume Very Well to Familiarize with likely questions

 

Preparation of good resume is one thing; the ability to defend yourself of your claims is another.  Or what do you thing will happen if you fail to defend all you claim you were? Therefore, it is better to prepare yourself to know your detailed profile, job experiences and accomplishments.  The prompt and adequate ways you answer the questions will put no doubt in the job recruiter mind that you worth more than your claim.

Bad composure when you enter the interview venue

 

Don’t forget to show your smiling face after greeting them. Your good smiling face has capacity to change the mind of recruiter to give you the job because nobody wants to associate with unpleasant mind.

 

Everybody you meet in that place is very important and should be accorded with causey and good intension

 

Sometimes employer adopts unconventional methods of hiring workers when he is a bit confused or there is tight performance at the interview.  They can turn to other lower members of staff to seek opinion on whom to hire.  Your relation and interaction with this category of staff in that company may determine getting the job.

 

Avoid Speaking in Monotone

 

Modulate your voice to show your emphasize and excitement when making you points.  Employer wants to hire employee with full of energy and enthusiasm.

 

Switch Off you Phone of put it in silence during the interview.

 

Curtsy demands that you phone during the interview should be off of temporarily put in vibration to avoid distraction during the interview.  This is a formal meeting where full concentration is recommended.  Anything that can divert attention will not speak well of the person caused this.  Therefore, anything that will make you achieve the maximum benefit of the opportunity of that meeting should be encouraged.

 

I am sure if you can compose yourself and conduct yourself in the manner highlighted in this article there are no way you will not get the opportunity of being hired for that job.
