TIPS FOR INTERVIEW: HOW TO IMPRESS YOUR JOB INTERVIEWERS

Many job seekers have been going from one job interview to another without any success.  Companies are continuously laying-off workers worldwide due to poor economic recession.  New job
graduates are finding it very difficult to secure employment. This serious socio-economic situation  in general and that of lack of job for job seeker and their ability to improve and impress the job interviewers is the major function of this article.

BE READY FOR TOUGH QUESTION

Before you drop your application for job, you need to prepare very well for the job. Make sure you study your resume and carry out some research on the company you are applying to because you don’t know where and what their questions are to be.  Get all your facts straight and keep them in brief.  You don’t have to stuffier yourself and get sweaty palm when answering these type of question.  Therefore, make sure you prepare yourself very well by studying your resume and that of historical background o the company to take care of these.

YOU HAVE TO BE BRIEF AND CONCISE

Honesty should be your watch word in response to the interviewer’s questions.  Don’t badmouth against your former employer, co-workers or the company.

BE POSITIVE AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE TAKING CONTROL OF THE INTERVIEW

You are to focus more on the future and how your hiring is going to benefit the company than dwelling on the past. Your conversation should cleverly steer clear on how your skills and experiences will be a tremendous asset to the company.  Stay positive and always emphasize on how to look forward to joining them at work.

BE ACTIVE EVEN WHEN YOU ARE LOOKING FOR JOB

All the time you are looking for work should be spending on voluntary work around you. It will give you opportunity to learn new skills and experiences that will give the gap of your employment.  Though, it may not get your paid but going to expand your experience in the resume.  Also be ready to network your getting job.  Don’t forget LinkedIn with its capacity to find you the desired job.

YOU HAVE TO BE PROACTIVE

Make sure you come to interview with good recommendation from your former employer, co-workers and former teacher.  Collect reference and share them with your interview to clear any doubt that might be against you.


All the above tips will stand out at the next job interview and has capacity to put an end to joblessness.
